Audio of the phone call between Mel Gibson and the mother of his child/ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva last week and it's about as shocking as you expect. Mel refers to Oksana's implants as "Foreign bodies", calls her a "Vegas whore" and mentions she wears clothing that "lets them see your pussy from behind" as her criticizes the way she dresses. What’s sad is that the above is only from the first minute of the audio. You can almost visualize Mel on the other end of the phone as he screams at the top of his lungs about how she'll "get raped by a pack of niggers" as globs of saliva drench the phone. You can tell by how calm Oksana is that Mel ranting on and on this way isn't new territory for the guy. Nope, apparently old Mel has been crazy for a while. Gawker has a pretty good list of some of the terrible things Mel has said over the years that goes all the way back to 1991. What's more surprising than the audio itself is how he's gone on this long without anyone realizing what a loon he actually is. How he got through four Lethal Weapon movies with Danny Glover is a mystery in itself.

So the verdict has been set down. After repeated tries to avoid jail time for America’s favorite runaway daughter, Judge Marsha Revel has finally dropped the hammer and sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in the county jail and 90 days in an inpatient treatment facility. That much has been shouted from the rooftops, but the question that should be on everyone’s minds is: Can starlet Lohan put up with the rigors and deprivations of jail life?
She is certainly following in the footsteps of other Hollywood types such as Paris Hilton and Robert Downey Jr. and one develops the feeling as if it’s only necessary to sit and wait for the drama to unfold as Lindsey’s commitment date nears. The furor that erupted when Hilton was required to serve a paltry 45 days in jail after similar charges in 2007 (including her early release and re-incarceration) may be no match for what is in store from Lohan’s camp. While the 90 day inpatient rehab sentence can be served at the facility of her choosing, the 90 day jail term cannot. It will likely be fulfilled in LA County’s Lynwood facility (the same place that Paris Hilton served her term).

A memorial service is being held today for Gary Coleman, one of America’s renowned child actors who passed away on May 28th of this year. Normally, a memorial service would entail the entire family of the beloved, and his or hers’ closest friends. However, for Gary Coleman, that is not the case.
Ana Grey and Kent Emmons, Coleman’s girlfriend and good friend, respectively, organized the service to be held in Los Angeles tonight. But more important than who is on the invite list is who is not. According to TMZ.com, of the 15 to 20 people that will be attending the service tonight, Coleman’s parents and ex-wife Shannon Price will not be a part of them.

Lebron James knows that in order to be considered with the greats like Kobe and Jordan he has to win championships. Yesterday he made the decision to leave Cleveland and stack the deck with his new team in Miami. However, this will come back to haunt James when Miami can’t win a championship with its three headed monster.
Lebron James is not a team player. He is not a leader. He is just extremely athletic and that’s it. He is Dominique Wilkens with a jump shot. It took Jordan many years to humble himself and realize that without Pippen he was nothing but a mere mortal. If James can check his ego at the door and realize that what makes NBA champions are good team players I think this team can win the big one in 3-4 years.
